Board Meetings

As parents within our community, we invite you to participate in our regular board meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month. The board, comprised of parent volunteers and staff from both campuses, meets at a WCC campus or via teleconference based on our posted schedule.

Stop by our main office to pick up a schedule, receive copies of our board minutes, and/or volunteer to serve. You can also reach out to our office manager, Clare Cahill. She’ll be glad to assist you.

Visiting WCC

Visiting your child at school is a great way to show your child how much you value his or her educational development. It gives you insight into their day and the type of activities they enjoy and allows you to put faces to all the names your child drops at the dinner table. But it’s also a wonderful experience for your child. It’s a day they get to “show you off” to all their teachers and friends. Trust us you’ll both end the day feeling famous!

We are looking forward to resuming that practice this year. If you’d like to visit your child’s classroom, share a meal or activity with them, or volunteer in our schools, we welcome you. Please make advance arrangements with your child’s teacher(s) prior to scheduling, and be sure to check in at the front office before joining your child.
