Employment Requirements
WCC employs teachers who either meet or exceed early childhood educator requirements of the Maryland Department of Education and NAEYC. Our lead teachers typically have four-year college degrees, teaching experience, and a love for ECE. All staff members must pass a Maryland and FBI criminal background check and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
